Preventing the practice of religious freedom
Article 381. - (1) Preventing or disturbing the rites of worship practiced freely by a denomination, which is organized and functions according to law, shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to two years or with a fine.
(2) Forcing a person to attend religious services or to perform an act related to practicing religious worship shall be punished with imprisonment from one to three years or with a fine.
 (3) The same punishment applies when forcing person, by violence or threat, to perform an act prohibited by the registered denomination he/she belongs to.
(4) The criminal investigation shall be started upon the victim’s complaint.

Profaning places of worship
Article 382. – Profaning a place or an object of worship, belonging to a denomination that is organized and functions according to law, shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to two years or with a fine.
